How to mold a mantle with a "rose" - an easy way
Perhaps one of the easiest ways to wrap a mantle is to imitate a pink bud. The main criterion for the embodiment of a rose from a test is the quality of the test itself. It should be quite elastic, but at the same time and pliable, to easily mold and retain a juicy filling.
Roll out the dough with a rectangle, make undulating cuts from both long sides. In the middle, place a strip of the selected filling.
Cover the filling with one of the edges of the dough.
Fold the resulting ribbon with a snail.
Pinch the narrow edge at the very end and fasten it at the bottom of the "bud".
How to mold a mantle with a pigtail?
The braiding of the pigtail is typical for the Chinese variations of mantles and is not classical for Uzbek cuisine. Nevertheless, to deny the picturesqueness of this method is impossible even though it has no relation to authentic technologies.
Roll out a portion of dough in a circle and put the filling in the center. Cover the filling base with the edge of the dough.
Make small protections from both edges and stack them on top of each other.
Repeat the creaking and folding, picking up more and more portions of the dough as you advance to the top of the mantles.
The remaining edge simply connect together.
How to properly wrap the manti?
This form of mantis is classic and one of the most fond of newcomers because of its simplicity and attractiveness. In order to get mantas of this form, the dough should be rolled into a thin circle and put the filling in the center. Pinch both edges of the circle in a cent.
Rotate it 90 degrees and repeat the trimming with a pair of remaining edges.
You will get an envelope, four corners of which you will also need to connect with each other.
How beautifully to sculpt manti?
This method of modeling is somewhat similar to our kurikami. The edges of the dough stack with each other so that a triangle is formed.
The resulting defenses are then worked through the tips of the fingers so as to form a wave.
By analogy with our kurikami or vareniki, the edges can be weaved together with a pigtail, if you have time and some skill.
