The recipe for muffins in molds

Homemade portioned cupcakes in molds will be an excellent option for dessert for tea or they will become a quick snack for children in school. Their preparation does not take much time and does not require special culinary skills. It is enough to have in stock several silicone or any other portioning molds, a set of available products and, of course, the wish of the hostess.

Recipe for chocolate cakes in silicone molds

Ingredients:

In a saucepan, saucepan or scoop, melt the creamy margarine on a quiet fire. Now pour in the milk, pour in the sugar and cocoa powder. Continuously stirring, heat the mass to a boil, and then remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. Next, add the chocolate mixture whipped eggs, vanilla sugar, and mixed with a baking powder pre-sifted wheat flour. We knead all the good until uniform. At the end of the mix, add crushed nuts or pre-washed and steamed raisins. You can fill cupcakes with both, as you like.

Silicone molds are placed on a baking sheet, a thin layer of oil is smeared and we fill them with a prepared dough, a little before reaching the top. We set the pan to the middle level of the oven preheated to 180 degrees and oven cakes for twenty to thirty minutes.

When ready, we let the cakes cool down a bit, and then we remove them from the molds and can feed them. If desired, you can cover the top of the cupcakes with any glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The recipe for simple muffins in silicone molds on kefir with raisins

Ingredients:

Kefir pour into a bowl, add soda, mix and leave for two or three minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg to the splendor and add it to the dough. There we pour in refined oil, pour in sugar, vanilla sugar and flour and stir well with a whisk until the flour balls are completely dissolved and a homogeneous mass is obtained with a slightly thicker consistency than sour cream.

Now add pre-washed, steamed for ten minutes in hot water, and then dried on a towel raisins and mix.

Spread the dough on silicone molds, installed before on the baking tray, a little short of the edges. We place a baking sheet with cupcakes in molds in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for twenty to thirty minutes. We check the readiness traditionally on dry wooden beams.

Ready cakes are allowed to cool slightly, remove from molds and rub with sugar powder.

Recipe for homemade cakes with berries and white chocolate in oven molds

Ingredients:

In a deep bowl, mix milk, egg, butter and lemon juice and beat whisk or mixer to homogeneity. Now we combine the sifted flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt and white chocolate broken into pieces in another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and pour it onto the liquid base of the dough. Gently stir until the disappearance of flour flakes, at the end of the batch we add berries.

Now we spread the received dough with the filler on previously pre-oiled molds and put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about twenty to thirty minutes.
