Having prepared all the necessary ingredients for the cake, we proceed to prepare the biscuit. To do this, mix the eggs with sugar, throw a pinch of salt and, using a mixer, turn the sweet egg mass into a magnificent foam. In this case, all sugar crystals must completely dissolve. Next, we lay sour cream and whisk again for five minutes. Now gradually, in small portions, we introduce sifted flour, whilst continuing to beat. At the end of the batch add the vinegar extinguished baking soda.

A removable form of 22-23 centimeters is oiled well and poured out half of the prepared dough. Place the form on the middle level heated to 190 degrees oven and stand for fifteen minutes.

During this time, add the cocoa powder to the remaining dough and mix it with a whisk or the same mixer until it dissolves completely and acquires a uniform color.

When ready, remove the cake on the grate and allow it to cool completely, and in the meantime the form is again oiled and baked in it from the remaining dough chocolate biscuit for the same time at the same temperature.

While the cakes are being cooked and cooled, prepare the sour cream. It is very important to choose high-quality sour cream with a high percentage of fat, otherwise the cream will simply spread, and the result will be disappointing. Mix the chilled fatty sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar and beat the mixer at high speed until it is fluffy, airy and thick.

Cooled cakes cut along into two equal halves. On the wide dish we lay the first light cake and cover it with a generous layer of cream. Then turn the chocolate cake and again the cream. Eggs are rubbed with sugar and honey, then placed in a water bath and heated, stirring, to a boil. Then we put in butter and mix until it dissolves completely. Now we throw the baking powder, pour the sifted flour, stir until uniform and stand on fire for another seven minutes up to a small thickening. From the received test in the oily form we alternately bake four cakes. The temperature regime of the oven should be at 180 degrees.

While the cakes cool down, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy and airy and prepare impregnation for biscuits.

After that, we impregnate each cake, cover it generously with cream and put it on top of each other. We also smear the cake with cream on top and sides, sprinkle with crushed nuts, cocoa powder or crumbs from cookies. We give the cake two hours for soaking and we can try.
