Cake "Beer mug"

We decided to make a beer mug from vanilla biscuit sandwiched with oil cream and jam, however you can modify the recipe at your discretion.

Preparation

Let's start preparing the cake with biscuits: carefully mix the flour and baking powder. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whisk each separately. Soft butter and sugar grind to white, mixed with egg yolks. Add the flour and baking powder to the oily-egg mixture, mix thoroughly, add a glass of milk and whisk for about a minute. Next, add egg whites and repeat the whipping procedure.

The bottom of two 20 cm forms for baking is greased with butter and fill each half of the mixture. We bake vanilla biscuits at 200 degrees 30-35 minutes.

While the biscuits are baked - do not waste time and make an oil cream: beat the butter with sugar until the crystals dissolve completely. Do not stop whipping, add milk, vanilla, a little salt and bring the mass to a homogeneous consistency.

Finished biscuit cakes cut in half and missed with a layer of cream and cherry jam. Fold the halves on each other, threading on the support of a wooden stick.

White mastic rolled out and cut into thick brusochki length of 2/3 of the height of the cake. We fix the bars along the perimeter of the cake, exactly in the middle, as they will give relief and serve as the ribs of the future mug.

Top cake covered with mastic: choose a white color, if you are going to color the ready-made cake with edible paints, or immediately mix the mastic with food coloring to get the characteristic color of a light beer in the glass.

Next, using a confectioner's blades, we squeeze the space between the paved blocks of mastic.

To the stick, which serves as a support for the cake, attach the beer can, as shown in the picture below.

We make a beer foam from whipped cream, and the space between the surface of the mug and the jar is sealed with a yellow mastic or painted in the color of a beer mug. Draw the shadows with the help of food color, and our cake from the mastic "Beer Mug" is ready!
