Alkaline diet

Each of the products has its own environment - acidic or alkaline. On the body they act in the opposite way: the alkaline products activate the acid-forming element, and vice versa.

The diet of such a diet will be 80% of the products of this group. Vegetarians will have to be easy, because this includes almost all vegetable food:

The choice is great enough, but you will soon see that it is rather difficult to eat these products for 3-4 weeks - and the diet should last at least 21 days. Therefore, it is allowed to take 20% of the products from the group of acid-forming.

Acid-forming products

The acid-base diet is aimed at maintaining the balance in the body at one level, and increasing the acid environment can be hazardous to health. This is promoted by products that activate the acid-forming function of the stomach.

Alkaline diet will be quite difficult for those who are convinced meat-eaters, since in the menu of such a diet of similar products should practically not be. Yes, and tea drinking will have to be abandoned in favor of juice.

Alkaline diet menu

Clearing the body of acid waste, you need to hold out for three weeks, even if the improvement occurred earlier. However, during the cleaning usually there is an ailment. The diet should enter three days, gradually increasing the percentage of desired foods. After 7-8 pm any snacks are prohibited. So, an approximate menu:

  1. Breakfast : salad of fresh vegetables with butter, a slice of bread or baked potato.
  2. The second breakfast : an apple or a pear and a handful of nuts.
  3. Lunch : a small piece of poultry / fish / meat (alternate) + vegetable salad with butter.
  4. Snack : a glass of juice, any fruit.
  5. Dinner : stewed vegetables or vegetable soup (without meat broths).

On such a diet, you can not only clean the body, but also remove the extra pounds. Already in the second week you will feel much better and more energetic, because the body will be cleaner and adapts to a new diet.
