Speaking about the effectiveness, this system, like any weekly diet is unlikely to help you get rid of fat - this requires more long-term measures, such as proper or separate nutrition.

This diet is very unusual in its description: every day of the week in this system corresponds to the sovi name, which will not let forget about the ration for this day:

  3. "Well-being Wednesday".
  4. "Soup Thursday."
  5. "Cook Friday".
  6. "Liquid Saturday".
  7. "Salad Sunday."

Whichever day of the week the calendar is shown to you, you need to start from "white Monday". And in order not to be confused, it's easier to start a diet on Monday.

Diet "Enchantress": the menu

Consider the content of each of the dietary days in more detail. It is important not to add anything to the ration, except the prescribed products. In addition, it is also important to observe the drinking regime: be sure to drink 1.5 liters of water per day.

  1. White Monday . On this day, as you might guess, you can eat all the white products - dairy products. These include fat-free natural yogurt without additives, kefir, fermented milk, milk, sour cream, cottage cheese. All of them should be exactly white - without any fruit impurities. If you have the opportunity to purchase these products on the market from a private farmer - this is the best and most useful option. You have a certain responsibility - the amount of food at one time should not be too large, a maximum - a half cup.
  2. Sweet Tuesday . After reading the name, you probably already managed to draw in your imagination a couple of cakes, pastries and chocolates. However, this does not mean the name of the day. All day you need to eat: berries, sweet fruits and vegetables (pumpkin, carrots, beets), any dried fruits, honey, jelly without sugar, half a bit of bitter (and only bitter) chocolate.
  3. Steady environment . This is the same day that will allow you to relax and eat hearty meals. All low-fat varieties of meat, poultry and fish, as well as seafood are allowed. Please note, this should be a natural product, not sausage, pâté or stew. Canned food is prohibited! You can eat dishes only in pure form - without bread, vegetables, etc. Keep track of the amount of food - this is a diet, and to lose weight, you need to eat a little.
  4. Soup Thursday . On this day, those who love soups will be happy. You can use absolutely any kinds of non-fat broth without roasting. Best of all - the ear, vegetable soup or cabbage soup with mushrooms.
  5. Cook Friday . Let's remember the childhood! On this day, you can have any cereals without sugar and oil, but it is recommended to prefer buckwheat, brown rice or oats - i.e. natural, not processed cereals.
  6. Liquid Saturday . This day is rather difficult, but if you prefer milk for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it will be easier. Unsweetened compotes, tea, freshly squeezed juice, water and mineral water are allowed. Avoid any drinks with sugar and all kinds of sodas and packaged juices.
  7. Salad Sunday . This day will make you remember the summer. It is allowed to make absolutely any salads from fresh vegetables and low-fat cheese varieties (grainy cottage cheese, Cecil, tofu, feta, Gaudette, cheese, Ricotta, etc.). If salads with cheese do not attract you, just eat vegetable salads, and use cheese separately. You can eat salads with natural yogurt or a little oil.

After such a diet, you will feel much better. To fix the result, the system can be repeated once a week.
