Buryak diet

Despite the intricate name, the Buryak diet is just a beetroot diet, the second name is a Buryak. Like any vegetable diet, it allows you to clear the entire gastrointestinal tract, and is very useful for the whole body. In addition, it enriches the body with potassium and a host of other minerals. Most importantly, the diet suits sweet tooth, thanks to the rich taste of this product.

Buryak diet for weight loss: express method for 3 days

There are many options for such a diet, and depending on what effect you need, you can choose for yourself any kind. A short diet is suitable for those who want to lose weight before an important event, but does not chase the maintenance of the result. You can reset 1-2 kg.

The essence of the diet is simple: you simply boil a kilogram of beetroot and eat it for a day in small portions. You can serve with a small amount of vegetable oil. Vegetables can be grated, cut into slices, etc.

Buryak diet: the menu

There is also a longer version, which will allow for more sustainable results. It is necessary to adhere to such a diet for 10-14 days. The menu is similar to the rules of healthy eating, so weight loss will be measured and harmless to the body.

Consider several menu options that you can use in any order:

Option one

  1. Breakfast - beet salad.
  2. The second breakfast is an apple.
  3. Lunch - borscht or beetroot and a slice of black bread.
  4. Dinner - any vegetable salad and chicken breast.

Option Two

  1. Breakfast - oatmeal, tea.
  2. The second breakfast is an apple.
  3. Lunch - baked beets and boiled beef.
  4. Dinner - beet salad with lemon juice and butter.

Option Three

  1. Breakfast - cottage cheese with berries and kefir.
  2. The second breakfast is a fruit salad.
  3. Lunch - beetroot salad with carrots and cabbage, boiled fish.
  4. Dinner - baked beets and chicken.

Using any of the suggested menu options, you can safely add a glass of 1% kefir before bedtime, as well as one unsweetened apple (or kiwi, orange) during the day, but only with the onset of hunger. There are no special recipes for the Buryak diet, so if you want to diversify the menu in an additional way, you can use other variants of soups with beets, or variations of beet salads. At the same time, make sure that they do not have roasting, fatty sauces like mayonnaise and similar "non-diet" moments.
