Hypoallergenic diet - menu

As you can easily guess from the name of this diet, not intended for weight loss, its purpose is to reduce your contact with food allergens. The allergy, perhaps, of all the widespread diseases is the most mysterious ailment. No one knows for sure why the allergic reaction begins, and the agent itself can be calculated, sometimes, it is very difficult.

Allergies can begin on pollen, pet hair, dust, medications, and, of course, food products. With any origin of the allergy, a nonspecific menu of a hypoallergenic diet is prescribed, as long as there is the same pathogen, it may take several weeks.

Principles of compilation

Adults adhere to this diet for 3-4 weeks, for children it is usually enough to have a hypoallergenic diet for a week. During the diet, all food allergens are excluded - those from which the allergy is most easily developed. There are more than enough of these in our diet:

After your condition stabilizes (in adults it can take a month), the doctor will prescribe you an introduction to the diet of prohibited foods. Of course, this diet will not be a verdict forever. In adults, usually, any allergy manifests after the combination with the product of an allergen, that is, if you are allergic to wool, this does not mean that the diet is not needed. In any diet, improvisation is encouraged. If you are banned from almost all types of meat and poultry, the dietary chicken will probably be abandoned, so you can cook chicken soup. Fish broth with meatballs

Pike perch fillet and onions through a meat grinder, add water, soy flour. Mix everything. Formed meatballs lowered into boiling broth (previously strained) from fish and cook for 15 minutes. Finished meatballs served in broth with the addition of green parsley.
