A universal hypoallergenic diet for children and adults is a list of prohibited foods, a list of allowed products, as well as a list of products that are allowed to eat in limited quantities. - any canned and marinated products, incl. sauerkraut;
- all kinds of sauces, spices, additives to food and seasonings, especially - sharp;
- celery, sorrel;
- red and orange vegetables - tomatoes, beets, red pepper, carrots;
- all kinds of red and orange fruits and berries - citrus fruits, melons, apples (except green), pineapples, persimmon, strawberry, plum, pomegranate, cherry;
- raisins, dried apricots, figs, dates;
- all varieties of nuts;
- honey in all kinds;
- any mushrooms;
- any carbonated water;
- all types of chewing gums (except for the pharmacy resin);
- marmalade, chocolate, caramel;
- alcohol, coffee, cocoa;
- any products containing at least one dye, preservative, emulsifier or flavor identical to natural;
- any exotic products.
All these restrictions must be strictly observed, especially if it is a hypoallergenic diet of a nursing mother. As it is easy to guess, without all this, the diet will become very correct and useful, which means that the baby will not suffer from a lack of nutrients.
List of restrictions of hypoallergenic diet
Hypoallergenic diet for hives and other diseases, as well as during pregnancy, limits the use of another large group of products:
- fatty pork, turkey, horse meat, rabbit meat;
- Rye, wheat, buckwheat, corn and corn;
- green pepper, potatoes, peas and all legumes;
- bananas, peaches, apricots;
- cranberries, cranberries, black and red currants (sour cabbage);
- various broths of herbs and herbal teas.
They should be used with caution, a little bit, and if something causes a reaction, stop immediately include them in the diet.

- corn, rice or buckwheat;
- rice, pearl barley, semolina, oatmeal porridge;
- any cabbage, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, rutabaga, turnip;
- parsley, dill, spinach, green salad;
- green apples, pears, white currants, white cherries;
- dried apples, prunes;
- sunflower, cream, olive oil.
