  2. Individual two-week course. It is recommended to eat only boiled, baked and steamed food, and also to exclude confectionery products, fatty, fried, fast food. Calculate your rate of coal: 1 tablet for every 10 kg of body weight (however, if you weigh 80 or more, you do not need to eat 8 tablets - start with 4, after a couple of days drink 5, two days later 6, etc.).
