Cleansing the body with rice

Cooking rice

So, the rules for preparing a special rice:

  1. Take 5 glass jars of the same size, number from 1 to 5.

Rice cleansing lasts from 2 to 4 weeks.

Cleansing the body - the sixth day

So, as soon as you wake up you need to drink a glass of pure water or herbal tea . Rice from one jar needs to be washed and cooked. 3-4 minutes will be enough, cook the croup without salt, sugar and any other additives.

This is eaten for breakfast, without any other food. After breakfast for 3-4 hours you can not eat anything, only water is allowed. The rest of the time you can eat as usual, following the rules of a balanced diet.

  5. The most important nuance is that the Tibetans believe that this cleansing "brush" should be eaten before 7.30 am, otherwise the cleaning will not happen on a full scale.

Cleaning croups in Tibetan

If you do not want to limit yourself to just one crop for a period of two weeks, Tibetan monks can offer you an alternative.

This - cleaning porridge. Condition one - the cereals must be untreated, unpurified and not steamed, that is, not cereal. This purification lasts 10 days. Used rice, oats, millet, barley, and buckwheat.

The complexity of such cleaning (although for fans of cereals this may not be a difficulty at all) is that all 10 days you eat only cereals cooked without salt and other additives. But such cleansing guarantees a sharp improvement in the state of the whole organism, getting rid of chronic diseases and recovery after chemotherapy, treatment with antibiotics.
