Diet on yogurt and apples

Today there are many diets based on kefir and fruits, but the combination of yogurt and apples is the most common and effective method for losing weight. Both of these products can be easily purchased at any time of the year, but the benefits they bring to human health are simply priceless.

Apples, rich in fiber, protein, vitally important minerals and vitamins, help restore the functions of the liver, kidneys, make digestion work, remove slag and excess fluid from the body. A combination of yogurt and green apples will make the diet more effective.

Diet on apples with yogurt

This method of losing weight makes it possible to lose 6 or more kilograms in just a week. But, when starting a diet on yogurt and apples, you should consider some important points, the observance of which will make the process of losing weight the most effective:

  1. The fat content of yogurt should not be more than 1%.
  2. Apples should be eaten with the skin, in it there is a large part of useful substances.
  3. In addition to kefir, throughout the whole process of losing weight you can drink decoctions of medicinal herbs, simple still water and sometimes tea.

This diet exists in three versions:

  1. A three-day diet . Such a short way to lose weight is suitable, if you urgently need to bring yourself in shape and get rid of a couple pounds. The diet includes six apples of medium size and one and a half liters of kefir. This amount should be evenly distributed for the whole day, nothing more can be consumed.
  2. Seven-day diet . During this period, really get rid of 4 or more pounds, and the diet of weekly weight loss is similar to the three-day diet. However, for breakfast it is allowed to eat a small amount of vegetables and fruits, which, combined with kefir, are perfect for weight loss.
  3. Nine-day diet . Despite the fact that this variant of the diet is the longest, it is much easier to transfer, because the food can be varied. Low-fat cottage cheese, boiled chicken breast, egg whites, herbal tea, all these products can be consumed every day, but only during lunch and in small quantities. Breakfasts and dinners still consist only of yogurt and apples.
