A gluten diet is often commonly referred to as a gluten-free diet, which aims to reduce the amount of gluten in the food. It is also used for intolerance to gluten, and to reduce the caloric content of the diet and overall sanitation, and sometimes to reduce weight.

The main thing that is required for the treatment of gluten disease is diet. In order to improve their condition, first of all, it is worth to abandon the products in which the gluten contains a lot:
- wheat, rye, barley, oats and dishes from them;
- bread, bread, all bakery and confectionery, ready-made breakfasts, any pastries;
- yogurts of long-term storage, cheeses, processed cheese, packaged cottage cheese, curd cheese, curd mass, condensed milk, cream, butter (fat content less than 82.5%);
- semi-finished products (cutlets, steaks, pelmeni and other frosts);
- imitated caviar (artificial), crab sticks, canned fish in tomato sauce;
- macaroni of all kinds;
- margarine and various spreads, mayonnaise;
- any candy and chocolate.
After the fact that such a part of the products was banned, you need to carefully create your new menu, which will contain only safe products.
