On the second day, filter, add 4 tablespoons of rye flour and a little warm water to make the leaven as a thick sour cream. Again, cover and clean the heat. Also, periodically mix and watch so that the fabric does not dry out. The next day, add 2 tablespoons of flour and pour a little warm water. On the 4th day, add 2 tablespoons of flour and warm water to make the dough appear as sour cream. And again put in warm clothes under a wet cloth. On the 5th day, pour 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and warm water. Now the oven is heated to 180 degrees, turn off and put a jar of leaven in it. When the leaven is covered with bubbles, you can proceed to a kneading test for bread. To do this, take only 9 tablespoons of starter, and in the rest, pour 4 tablespoons of flour and a little water and stir. Now close the jar with a lid with holes and remove it in the cold until the next use. Day 2 before use, we begin to feed the leaven with flour. We will make a dough for bread in the bread maker. To do this, pour 250 grams of flour into the container, top with 9 tablespoons of leaven, top with another 250 g of flour, sugar, salt, soda and pour 250 ml of warm water and oil. Then we turn on the program "French bread". It lasts 4 hours, but we need to wait only 1 hour and 30 minutes and turn off the device.
