Bread without yeast - recipes

Although the main component of lavish and airy bread is yeast, you can repeat any of the recipes of bakery art without them. How? Read below.

Recipe for homemade rye bread without yeast

The recipe is simple, but takes a long time. In an enameled container, pour 100 g of rye flour and pour it 100 g of warm water. Stir, cover all with a napkin and put in a warm place for a day. In a day we add to the mixture a similar amount of flour and water, again we leave everything for a day.

The next day we repeat the procedure again. On the fourth day, pour 500 ml of warm water into the dough and pour out so much flour to make the dough a consistency of fatty sour cream. We leave the spit until the morning warm, not forgetting to cover.

Now 2/3 of the ready-made spoon is poured into a dough-mixing bowl, and the rest is again supplemented with 100 g of flour and water to the same consistency (we prepare another portion of bread from the remaining dough).

In the dough for mixing, add honey and vegetable oil, stir and pour rye flour. As soon as the dough becomes steep - we begin to knead it with our hands until the dough ceases to stick. In the end, we complement the dough with wheat flour and form it into a bowl. A ball of dough is covered with a napkin and leave to go for 2-3 hours. At the end of the time, spread the dough into a greased form, insist another 40 minutes and bake 40-450 minutes at 220 degrees. That's all rye bread is ready!

If you want to bake white bread without yeast, then also use this recipe, but instead of rye flour use only wheat bread, or a mixture of both widows 50/50.

The recipe for baking bread without yeast

Oat flakes are grinded with a coffee grinder into flour. Mix oat flour with sifted wheat flour and baking powder. Add salt. In the bowl, heat the milk and mix it with butter and honey. Fill the resulting milk mixture with dry ingredients and knead the dough. As soon as the dough ceases to be sticky - put it in a greased form and bake for 20-25 minutes at 230 degrees.
