All fruits and berries for the filling are washed and, if necessary, cut into pieces. Next, we need to make a dessert rice. For this, we pour the rump into a saucepan, fill it with milk, throw sugar and set it on medium heat to cook. The finished rice is cooled to room temperature, we take a small amount of hands and put it on the mat. We level it in the form of a square and distribute the prepared filling in the center. Roll the roll with fruits in the same way as usual. To do this, gently lift the nearest edge of the mat and fold it to the center of the workpiece, hiding the filling under the edge. With the middle, forefinger and thumbs, shape the even sides of the square and gently roll the roll under the mat forward. Pick up the edges, roll the delicacy in coconut shavings and cut with a sharp knife small identical parts. We spread sweet rolls on a flat plate, decorate with mint leaves and water at will strawberry sauce.

Obtained 2 rolls wrapped in a transparent food film and clean exactly for an hour in the refrigerator. After that, we take out the cooled billets and cut it into small pieces using a sharp knife. Top with a favorite yoghurt and decorate with chopped walnuts. We put the ready-made sweet rolls on a flat plate in the form of a turret and serve it to the table.
