In warm water, pour sugar, add about 1 tablespoon of flour and yeast. Mix well and put the sponge in a warm place. In a deep bowl we sift the flour, add warm milk, a pinch of salt, butter and a suitable spoon. We knead the soft dough, cover it with a film and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half. Then divide it into 8 pieces and roll them out balloons.

Now take 2 balls, press them down to a size in diameter of 8-10 cm. We sprinkle one cake with butter, leaving 1-2 cm behind the edge. Cover with another cake and fasten their edges. Now these 2 connected flat cakes are rolled into a layer about 0.5 cm thick. Divide the dough into triangles, put a piece of marmalade on each and roll the bagels. We repeat the same procedure for the rest of the test. We put the bagels on the baking sheet and leave the minutes for 15 to go. In an oven with a temperature of about 180 degrees, bake for 20-25 minutes. That's all the bagels of puff pastry ready!
