Bagels from cottage cheese (or, in another way, bagels with curd filling) are warmly loved not only by children, but also by adults, because of their delicate taste and lightness. Cottage cheese rolls are a simple recipe for sweets, which are cooked as quickly as they are eaten. And in addition to various fillings, one and the same dessert can be presented each time in a new way.

We knead the cottage cheese dough from butter and cottage cheese (room temperature), with the addition of flour. The amount of flour can vary, depending on the fat content of the cottage cheese: the fatter the cottage cheese, the more tender the dough will be and the more flour will flow. Plastic, non-sticky dough rolled into a pancake 0.5 cm thick. Sprinkle it with sugar and cut, like cake, into any even number of triangular segments. It is logical to assume that the smaller the segment, the less the bagel will turn out, so the size of the triangles depends only on your preferences.

When the dough is ready and sliced, go to the filling. Two small apples are mine and cleaned, cut into slices or brusochki, each of which is poured with lemon juice (so that it does not turn yellow) and sprinkle abundantly with cinnamon.

On the outer edge of the dough we lay a slice of apple, water it with honey and wrap it from the periphery to the center, into the roll. Similarly, we apply the remaining segments of the test.

Formulated bagels spread on a greased baking tray, moistened with egg yolk and sprinkled with sugar. Cottage cheese rolls with an apple are baked for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.

Egg whisk with a couple of spoons of sugar and add low-fat cottage cheese (you can first wipe it through a sieve to avoid lumps). In the curd-egg mass, add a tablespoon of butter and flour, knead the dough. Plastic dough from the dough is rolled into a square sheet, which, in turn, is divided into 4 more squares, and then cut into triangles. On the wide edge of each of the triangles lay out a small piece of marmalade and wrap. We prepare the bagels on a greased baking sheet, sprinkled with sugar for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
