Cake with apricots and cottage cheese

Sifted flour mixed with baking powder, add 75 grams of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of granulated sugar, cream and vegetable oil. Knead the dough and determine it for thirty minutes in the refrigerator.

In the remaining cottage cheese pour in the milk, add grated yolks with sugar, starch, semolina, vanilla sugar and mix. Separately, whisk the proteins and also enter into the curd mixture.

The capacity of the multivarkage is oiled, we distribute the dough in it, forming high sides, and lay out the washed and dried apricots on top. Do not forget, in advance, to remove the bones from the fruits. From the top distribute neatly curd filling.

Adjust the device to the "Bake" mode and set the time to sixty minutes. During the cooking process and for ten minutes after its completion, the lid is not opened, as this can adversely affect the airiness of the finished pie.

First of all, we defrost the yeast dough, divide into two parts and roll it out a little. A tray or a form is lined with parchment paper and oil it. We distribute on it one layer of dough and lay out on the center, slightly deviating from the edges, curd filling. For its preparation, mix cottage cheese with granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and starch and beat it to splendor.

On top, lay out halves or quarters of apricots. Then you can do two things: cover the top of the second layer of dough, protect the edges and make several arbitrary cuts on top or tuck the edges of the lower layer up, and cut the second layer into long strips and form a grate from above.

For baking, we determine the pie in the oven for forty minutes at a temperature of 185 degrees.
