Each portion of the test, equal to one cake (1/3 of the total mass), we prepare at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let the cakes cool, and in the meantime we will take up the cream.

Let's start with making a dough for pancakes. Poppy pour boiling water and leave to swell. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with sugar and add milk. We sift the flour and pour it in portions into the egg-milk mixture, stirring constantly. Add the steamed poppy to the dough. Fry pancakes on a small amount of vegetable oil and leave to cool.

For sour cream it is necessary to mix thick sour cream with sugar powder to taste, you can add vanilla.
