Fine sugar is well rubbed with chicken eggs hammered into it until the foam appears in the mass. Margarine for baking, melt, putting it on the steam bath. Slaked vinegar baking soda add to margarine, stir and combine in one bowl with eggs. The sifted flour is added to the mixed ingredients and kneaded with soft hands a soft short-baked dough. With the tip of the kitchen knife we ​​divide it in half, put one part into the freezer chamber, and the second one roll out into a 1.5 cm large plate. The form in the form of a rectangle or square is covered with parchment, on which the dough is uniformly placed, the edges of which are drawn to the side walls of the mold. On the entire inside surface of this test we spread our favorite jam. We get the part of the dough that was cooled and through large holes of the existing float we wipe it on a layer of jam. In the oven we set 180 degrees and bake the cake in this mode for 30 minutes.

We take out a pack of oil from the freezer and, without defrosting, immediately wipe it on an ordinary large grater. Separated from the shell, fresh eggs are blended with sugar, vanilla, after being combined with butter and a spoon, grind everything together. Now in this mass we sift the flour mixed with the baking powder. We mix a fairly dense short pastry and separate from it one third, which is just laid aside for now. The remaining piece of dough is thinly rolled into a circle, which is then placed in a round, greased piece of oil in a separable shape. Without touching the edges of the laid sand pastry, we spread apricot jam or jam over its inner circle. The dough that we had on the side rolls very thinly, cut it into long strips and stack them in the form of weaving baskets on a layer of jam.

We put our simple, but insanely beautiful sand pie with apricot jam in the oven and bake it for only 25 minutes at 185 degrees.
