Pour the sesame into a large frying pan and fry for about 8 minutes, stirring all the time until it turns golden. Then put it on a plate. In the frying pan pour ordinary and vanilla sugar, and add 2-3 teaspoons of water. Make a small fire, and constantly stirring sugar, cook it until it completely melts. This will take about 10 minutes.

After that, pour the sesame from a plate into a frying pan and mix it all together very quickly. Grease the baking tray with butter and pour on it a mixture of melted sugar with sesame. Spread it quickly and evenly with a shovel.

Leave the baking tray at room temperature for 20 minutes, and then cut ready-made kozinaki into random pieces. Keep them in a sealed container.

Homemade catkins

In a bowl, combine sugar with honey and put it on a small fire. Periodically stirring, simmer for 10-12 minutes. Preheat the dry pan and fry the sesame seeds on it, stirring all the time, until golden brown. After that, pour the sesame into honey mass and mix well.

Pour the parchment paper with a little water, lay it on cooked and smooth it. Let the kozinaks freeze at room temperature, and then cut them into pieces and gently separate them from the paper.

Kozinaki from sesame and nuts

Grind the nuts with a knife. Sesame seeds dry in a dry frying pan, add hazelnut and almonds to it, and fry for 5 minutes. Then send sugar and honey to the frying pan. Stir everything in order for the sugar to dissolve, spread the mass over the molds and send it to the refrigerator to freeze.
