Galicica National Park

If you are a typical resident of a multimillionaire, you will find the lack of proximity to nature and silence in the Galichice National Park. Its name is due to the eponymous mountain , on which it is partially located. Here you will see more than 1000 species of all kinds of plants, and a significant part of them will be rare and disappearing these days. Many of these plants are endemic, that is, they grow exclusively in the park, and nowhere else will you find them. The park occupies a huge area (about 20 thousand hectares) and on its territory there are as many as 10 villages. If you decide to explore the park on your own, you can always take advantage of the hospitality of local residents who will provide you with accommodation.

Climate

On mountain peaks and in villages weather conditions, of course, vary. Nevertheless, at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level, the average annual temperature is 7 ° C. In summer, the average temperature is about 21 ° C, in winter 1-2 ° C. It seems that these are just ideal parameters, that for the summer, that for the winter. For a year, a large amount of precipitation (1100 mm) falls, but snow here is a rare and fleeting guest. Therefore, the ski season in the park passes, not having time to really start.
