Yeast buns with cherries

In warm water, we pour out the sugar and yeast. Then pour in the homemade kefir , vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. After that, pour the sifted flour in small portions and knead the homogeneous dough. We lubricate the hands with vegetable oil, transfer it to a bowl, cover with a towel and put in heat for 30 minutes.

Raise the dough spread on the table, properly kneaded and divided into small pieces, giving each form a mug. Next, put about 5 berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar, mixed with vanillin. The edges of each mug are raised and tightly tied, forming a round bun.

Spread them suture down on a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with poppy seeds. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, at the lowest level we put a bowl of water and bake buns with cherries for 20 minutes, until ready. After that, we cool the baked goods and serve them on the table.

Butter buns with cherries

To begin with, dissolve the yeast, salt and sugar in the water, mix and leave the mixture in the heat for 15 minutes. During this time the yeast will "play" and a frothy cap will appear on the surface. After that, add the softened butter to the yeast solution, pour the warm milk carefully, stir well and, slowly pouring in the flour, knead a homogeneous soft dough. Then shift it to the table, sprinkled with flour, and knead it until it ceases to stick to the hands.

Prepared in this way, the dough is shifted into a cup, sprinkle a little with oil, cover with a towel and leave for about an hour for 2 for lifting. As soon as it increases in volume by 2 times, we knead and divide into portions. Now take one ball, stretch it in a lozenge, put inside 5 berries, sprinkle with sugar and densely cover the edges. We put sweet buns with cherries on a baking sheet and leave for 30 minutes, covered with a clean towel on top, for proofing. Then grease the buns with milk, sprinkled at will with a streak. To do this, we combine in equal quantities flour, sugar and oil, rubbing everything thoroughly into crumbs. Bake a treat at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Puff pastry with cherry

Cherry washed, remove the stone and give the berries a good dry. Then sprinkle them with sugar and leave for 30 minutes, so they let the juice. Puff dough is thawed, rolled into a thin layer, 3 mm thick and cut into small rectangles.

On one side of each workpiece put a little prepared cherry filling, top with a lightly sprinkled with starch and form a neat pies. We put them on a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper, and send it to a heated oven. We bake buns at 180 degrees to a beautiful golden color. That's all, puff pastry with fresh cherries, ready!
