- cream - 200 ml;
- Vanilla sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Take the low-fat cottage cheese, put it in a bowl and pour the necessary amount of sugar. Thoroughly grind everything with a fork or grind the blender to a homogeneous mass. Ingredients:

- yoghurt with pieces of fruit - 300 ml.
Preparation
Cottage cheese put in a deep bowl, whisk blender and gradually pour yogurt with pieces of fruit. Everything, as it should, mix and fill with the received eclairs cream.
Curd cream for eclairs with sour cream
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese is low-fat - 400 g;
- water is warm - 100 ml;
- sour cream - 200 ml;
- gelatin instant - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vanilla - 0, 5 teaspoons;
- fresh fruit - to taste.
Preparation
Pour gelatin with warm water, stir with a spoon and leave until completely dissolved. In the mixer's bowl, whisk cottage cheese with sour cream, throw sugar and vanilla to taste. After that, gently combine the gelatin mass with curd and mix well. The finished curd cream is put into the refrigerator and left to freeze for about an hour. You can add crushed fruit if desired.
