Ginger is cleaned and cut into thin plates, we put them in a small bowl and fill it with water. Ginger slices should be boiled for 30 minutes, to soften and remove excessive sharpness.

If you do not have enough spices of ordinary ginger candies, add to the original recipe a mixture of your favorite spices: cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and others.
