Before we begin to prepare a roll with cinnamon, put the spit. For this yeast, grind well with a spoonful of sugar and pour warm milk. Thoroughly mix everything until the ingredients are completely dissolved and pour in the flour. We remove the mixture into the heat for fermentation and mark it for several hours. Next, we connect the spoon with the melted butter and the egg whipped with sugar. We introduce gradually the remaining flour, knead a homogeneous dough, gradually adding cardamom. Cover the lid and put it in a warm place for exactly 1.5 hours. Now divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a thin layer and smear it with melted butter. As a stuffing for rolls use cinnamon, which is evenly sprinkled with sugar on top. We throw the shredded nuts at will and roll the dough into a tight roll. We put the blanks for proofing for 30 minutes, and then cover the surface with an egg and send it to the oven for 25 minutes, selecting a temperature of 180 degrees. Finished sweet rolls with cinnamon on yeast sprinkled with powdered sugar and call everyone to tea.
