In kefir at room temperature, pour the sugar, salt and baking powder, add the melted butter and a little beaten egg and mix the ingredients carefully. Now, we gradually add a sifted flour to the received mass and try to get a soft yet not sticky dough.

Now prepare the sweet stuffing from sorrel for pies. To do this, rinse fresh oxalic leaves, tear off the stalks, and cut the loose leaves into small pieces and mix them with granulated sugar, a little primitive mass before the separation of the juice.

You can decorate pies traditionally with your hands, forming round cakes, filling them with stuffing and closing and tearing the opposite edges. For more tightness of products, you can slightly moisten the edges in places of contact with water.

In warm kefir, let's dissolve the sugar, salt and yeast, stirring the mass well with your hands, then add a little beaten chicken eggs, pour in the sunflower oil without flavor and mix the sifted flour until a soft and non-sticky texture of floury coma is reached. Proofing this dough does not require, so immediately we form round balls from it and already let them lie on the table for ten minutes. During this time, just have time prepare the stuffing for pies. The leaves of sorrel are washed, dried and cut into small pieces. After that, we knead the chopped mass with a few hands or simply we fill it with boiling water and let it drain.

To make pies from the balls that come up, we form cakes, fill each with sorrel, sprinkle it with sugar and tear the edges. Fry products in hot oil, browning from two sides.
