A classic variation of the oxalic soup is prepared with an egg, but you can also supplement the dish with boiled rice and other vegetables. If the fresh sorrel at hand was not - do not worry, use canned herbs.

Beef pour 2 liters of cold water and put on fire. We are waiting for the water to boil. Then we throw leaves of laurel, we reduce fire and cook broth under a cover, periodically removing foam, 2 hours. Then broth filter and add to it chopped and peeled potatoes and cook it until half-ready. Add the rice and wait until the croup is soft. Separately fry finely chopped onions and add it to the soup. Once the soup is ready, lay the sorrel and cover the pan with a lid.

Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. Soup from canned sorrel we spill on plates and sprinkle with chopped egg. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs.

In a frying pan, warm the vegetable oil and fry on it finely chopped onions and carrots with celery. As soon as the vegetables reach the semi-preparedness, transfer them into a pan with chicken broth and cook until soft. Now in the soup you can add the previously prepared wild rice and drop the young sorrel. We immediately remove the saucepan and soup from the fire. Eggs are boiled in a bag, cut in half and served in a bowl of oxalic soup.

Then reduce the fire and cook meat for 25-30 minutes, periodically removing the foam formed on the surface of the broth. Ready broth filter, and chicken we take out the fibers. We return the broth to the plate and put into it chopped Bulgarian pepper, onions and potatoes.

Cook everything together until the softness of the vegetables. Once the vegetables are ready, we put in the pan chicken breasts, sorrel and we remove the dish from the fire. We pour soup into the blender and add the cream. Beat the dish until smooth and put it on the fire. We supplement the soup with cream and pour on plates.
