To remove the remnants of rice starchy dust, which inevitably occurs during the processing of grains, we well rinse rice in running cold water. Fill the washed rice in a saucepan with clean water, stir 1 time, bring to a boil and cook for 8-12 minutes. If you are always in the preparation process to mix the porridge with a spoon, it will turn out to be sticky and unrestricted.

Apples should be cut into small slices, you can peel them from the skin, but this is not necessary. If you cook for children in the period of problems with teeth, you can generally grate an apple on a grater.

Add apples to the rice porridge together with butter . Season with porridge cinnamon or vanilla (only not together).

If you want milk rice porridge with apples, add warm milk to it. Boil porridge on milk is not necessary (rice is badly boiled in milk).

To make rice porridge with sweet apples, you can add a little sugar to it (to taste), and better - natural flower honey. It should be noted that when adding honey, porridge should not be hot, because when heated, honey does not just lose all its usefulness, but harmful compounds also begin to form in it.

To make rice porridge with apples even tastier and more interesting, you can add a little steamed raisins to it. First pour the raisins with boiling water, after 10 minutes drain the water and rinse again. Now you can add it to the porridge.

It is even better to cook rice porridge with dried (dried) apples and raisins.

During cooking, dried apples acquire a special flavor and aroma. Of course, you can add to the rice porridge not only dried apples and raisins, but also other dried fruits, such as dried apricots, prunes, as well as nuts, sesame seeds and other goodies. Dried fruits before adding to the porridge must be steamed in boiling water.
