Potatoes are cleaned and boiled in salted water for 15 minutes, until soft. Ready-made tubers cool and cut into large cubes or rings. We check the herring fillets for bones and, if necessary, remove them. Tomatoes we cut into halves or quarters, depending on the size. Marinated mushrooms are cut into plates.

Mayonnaise is mixed with grated horseradish juice and lemon rind, chopped dill and salt with pepper. We fill the sauce with lettuce and put it on the dish. Sprinkle salad with herring, mushrooms and potatoes capers and serve to the table in a cooled form.

First of my and put the big beets brewed. When the vegetable is ready, let it cool down, clean and cut into thin plates. Two whole herring fillets are checked for bones and, if necessary, we remove them. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed, after which mix them with mayonnaise. Marinated mushrooms cut with thin plates. Similarly, cut and avocado, its slices should then be sprinkled with lemon, so as not to darken.

We begin to form our salad. On the layer of the food film, a half row of all the beet slices is placed evenly next to each other. On top, we put fillet of herring, and on it - mayonnaise with eggs (half of the total), and behind it - mushrooms. The last layer is laid half of all the slices of avocado and repeat all the layers in reverse order: avocado, mushrooms, eggs, herring and beets. We wrap the roll with film in the manner of the roll and set it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Chop the chopped lettuce into portions, release it from the film and serve it to the table.
