Now we pour everything with the prepared brine and put our mushrooms under the press. We send oyster mushrooms for 6-8 hours in the fridge, then transfer it to the jar and store it in this form.

The recipe for marinated mushrooms for the winter is quite simple. Mushrooms are processed, thoroughly washed, pre-soaked in water, cut into small pieces, put in a saucepan, salt to taste, pour a little water and bring to a boil. Then boil all the minutes 5-10, add the spices and onions cut into rings, boil until ready and at the very end we pour vinegar. Further we spread the mushrooms over the sterilized jars and clog them with sterile caps. We put the white mushrooms for 3 days in the fridge, after which you can eat them and enjoy the amazing taste. We store pickles only in the refrigerator and then, no more than 1 month.

So, we carefully sort them, process them, wash them with cold water, leave small mushrooms whole, and cut large ones into plates. Then we clean the bulb, shred it with half rings. Green grass is well washed, shaken and put on the bottom of a sterilized jar.
