The first broth is drained, as it contains all the harmful substances that could be in the mushrooms, then pour again, add 3 tbsp. spoon the salt and cook for another 10 minutes. Now we make marinade: for 1 liter of water we add 1 tbsp. spoon of salt and sugar, bring to a boil, add black pepper peas, dill, garlic, bay leaf. When the water boiled, pour the honey mushrooms, boil for about 5 minutes, add the vinegar. After this, mushrooms are laid out in jars and poured with boiling marinade. These mushrooms should be stored in a cool place.

The process of marinating frozen frites is in fact no different from marinating fresh ones. And they will taste no worse. Frozen mushrooms are also thrown into boiling water and prepared further by prescription. Pre-unfreeze them while not needing.
