Blanching peppers in boiling water - we put them in boiling water, turn it off and leave it under the lid for a quarter of an hour. We spread the peppers in cans, pour boiling water, after about 10 minutes, pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar and boil. In the end we pour in essence, fill the marinade in jars and roll them up. So you can cook both red and green bell pepper for the winter.

To roll up the stuffed Bulgarian pepper for the winter, we prepare in several stages. First we are engaged in stuffing. Shinku cabbage, slightly salted and kneaded. Onions and carrots are cleaned, finely shredded and fried in oil until rouge. Stir in the cabbage, add crushed herbs and garlic. Peppers are prepared as a normal stuffing - cut, remove seeds and septums along with the tails. We put the washed peppers in a colander and steam on the steam bath for about a quarter of an hour. Then tightly stuff the pepper stuffing and put it in sterilized jars. From the water with salt, spices and sugar, cook the filling, at the end we add vinegar. Fill our peppers with marinade, sterilize in a tank of boiling water for 10 minutes for each liter of jar (2-liter cans - for 20 minutes), roll.

Pepper with gravy

Very tasty it is possible to prepare fried in oil the Bulgarian pepper for the winter, having rolled it with tomato gravy, and the parity of pepper and gravy can be adjusted to taste.

When all the peppers are fried, in the remaining oil and the juices separated out, tinned finely chopped onions with carrots and tomato pulp. For its preparation let's skip tomatoes through a meat grinder or three on a grater. When the sauce boils for about 20 minutes, add salt, spices (if desired), lay pepper. After 10 minutes you can lay out on the banks and roll up. You can roll such a bell pepper and garlic for the winter. For 1 kg of pepper, take 2-4 cloves of garlic.
