The occasion for the holiday is every day and, despite the calendar number, you can serve a completely festive dish, for example, stuffed eggs . To make the dish more nutritious and fatty, we will add to them one of the most useful and yet high-calorie foods - the cod liver, although who counts calories when it comes to a festive meal?

How to cook eggs stuffed with liver cod?

Eggs boiled hard: put the eggs in a bowl with cold water, slightly saturate the water and bring to a boil. After boiling, we reduce the heat to an average and cook eggs 7-8 minutes. Ready eggs are covered with icy water, so that the shell during the cleaning easily departed. Now go directly to the preparation of the filling for eggs. Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Red onions finely chopped (for the recipe we need about 2 tablespoons chopped onions) and put in a bowl with yolks. Then we pour tomato sauce , or ketchup, and add mayonnaise to taste. Thoroughly mix the yolks with the rest of the ingredients until the mass becomes homogeneous. Fill the filling with a confectionery bag with a figured nozzle and plant the yolk mixture into empty squirrels. Mix the yolks with the cod liver until homogeneity, then add lemon juice, let through garlic press, crushed onion to taste. We fill the yolk mixture with mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
