In one bowl, carefully mix all the dry ingredients: almonds, oat flakes, seeds, sesame, cinnamon, salt and ginger. In the other - all liquid: baby apple puree, honey and olive oil. Then pour the resulting mixture oat flakes and mix well until smooth. Distribute the granola in a uniform layer over the pan and bake for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally every 10 minutes.
