  1. We break eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, sugar and vanillin, mix the ingredients, but do not whisk.
  2. Pour gradually flour, carefully mixing, to form a homogeneous dough. According to the consistency, it should be approximately the same as for baking pancakes.
  3. On the preheated and greased with oil (margarine) baking sheet pour the spoon dough in several places at a considerable distance from each other. On a standard baking sheet from a home gas cooker, there should be no more than 9 lozenges.
  4. We place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake cookies for about 5 minutes, so that the edges of the baking are lightly browned.
  5. Taking out a sheet from the oven, gently in turn with a spatula, lift each of the cakes so that they lag behind the sheet. Do not remove the billet from the baking sheet, twist the flower using a paper towel. Cooled flat cakes are no longer amenable to processing. It will be possible to lay the folded flowers of calla directly on a dish with high sides. We propose to fasten inflorescence on the stem - confectionery straw.
  6. To prepare the custard, we combine the yolks with vanillin, sugar and flour (the cookies made according to this recipe can be filled with other kinds of cream or boiled condensed milk). We mix the mixture thoroughly. Milk is boiled on a slow flame, after which we let it cool down. In the milk we pour in the mass, stirring all the time so that the cream is not burnt, cook for about 5 minutes on low heat, until the mixture thickens. Whisk the cooled mixture with butter. Fill the flowers with the custard.
