In a separate clean and dry container, whisk together with a pinch of salt until dense peaks are squirrels. Cheese mascarpone mash with a fork, add sweet yolks and whisk the mixer at low speed until homogeneity. Now, in small portions, add whipped proteins and mix them into the cream with gentle movements from the bottom up.

Classic dessert, as a rule, is collected portion by piece in kremankah or transparent forms. The bottom of each of them is smeared with a layer of cooked cream. Then lay out the cookies, pre-immersing it in the coffee-liqueur mixture for two or three seconds. It is desirable that as little as possible of empty space remains, so we put small pieces of biscuits into the voids. A little biting the top of the cookies with cocoa powder and spread a thick layer of cream. Then again soaked cookies, cocoa powder and again an impressive layer of cream. Now put the kremanki with dessert in the fridge and let it soak for five to seven hours. Before serving, tattoo the surface of tiramisu with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.

Dessert can be made in a general form and on readiness to lay out portions with a spoon, but such a feeding is less effective. Tiramisu, prepared according to recipes, suggesting further division into portions with a knife, has nothing to do with the classical version.
