Cook on low heat until soft apples. Then the broth is poured into a glass, and the fruit slices are ground in a puree. Then we pour gelatin into the bowl, fill it with water and leave it to swell. After that, we throw it back to the colander. Prunes are washed, too, pour a warm liquid and, when it is soft enough, shinkle it with small cubes.
