Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes - 300 g;
- broccoli - 200 g;
- sweet pepper - 1 piece;

- spices ground (for example, curry mixture);
- bow green - 5 feathers;
- greens (parsley, coriander, basil, rosemary);
- starch - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;

- butter.
Preparation

Potato casserole with vegetables - recipe
Ingredients:
- potatoes oblong - 5 pcs. medium size;
- zucchini - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- Cheese hard grated - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- starch or flour - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- milk or cream - about 100 ml;
- spices ground;
- greens, including a ray;
- butter or vegetable oil.
Preparation
We rub on a large grater zucchini and carrots. Finely chop the greens. Mix flour with milk, add spices. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin round slices.
Lubricate the oil with a mold and spread it into layers of potato slices, from above spread the crushed zucchini, carrots and greens alternately.
