Pork ribs for barbecue

Pig the pork ribs carefully mine and clean. We try to remove all surplus meat from the surface in order that the fins remain uniform in thickness and, therefore, simultaneously prepared on all surfaces.

Then turn the edge plate and remove the white film from the surface. We cover the meat with a mixture for pickling, which consists of salt, pepper, ground wigs, coriander and pressed garlic, mixed and diluted with vegetable oil. Before you spread the pickled ribs on the brazier, put on the fire soaked chips, which will give the smell necessary for smoking. We spread out the ribs on the grill and smoked on both sides for 15 minutes.

While the ribs are smoked, we prepare the glaze: we use mustard sauce, Tabasco sauce and beer to add mustard, thoroughly mix everything and apply a brush to the already smoked ribs. The procedure of glazing is repeated 2-3 times with breaks of 3-5 minutes, on both sides. Ready pork ribs of barbecue are served on a large platter or a wooden board and served with fresh vegetables to a glass of juice or a glass of beer. Bon Appetit!
