Half a glass of milk warm up to a pleasant warmth, add yeast, twenty grams of granulated sugar, a little flour and mix until they are completely dissolved. The resulting sponge is left in a warm place to activate the yeast for twenty minutes. During this time, it must foam and cover with a bubble cap.

Now add the rest of the milk, melted butter or margarine, a pinch of salt, beaten eggs with one third of a glass of sugar, vanilla sugar and a good mix all. Pour in a small amount of pre-sifted flour and start a very soft, slightly sticky dough. We let him stay for one hour.

When the dough is suitable, we proceed to the formation of products. We divide it into two parts. Alternately, roll them into a layer about two centimeters thick, sprinkle all the sugar perimeter around the perimeter and roll it with rolls. If desired, together with sugar, you can use to powder crushed nuts, cinnamon, raisins or poppies.

Now we cut the roll with small blocks up to five centimeters thick, which will be the basis of our buns. As for any dough, the first thing we do is activate the yeast. To do this, heat the milk, dissolve yeast and sugar in it and let it stand warm for twenty minutes.

When the mixture is foamed and covered with a frothy cap, add the beaten egg, salt, vanilla sugar, softened butter and sifted wheat flour. Thoroughly knead the dough, pouring the flour if necessary in small portions. Its final consistency should be soft, smooth and not sticking to the hands. Place the dough for sweet rolls in a bowl, cover it with a clean cotton cloth and locate it in a warm, draft-protected place. It is possible for this purpose to warm up the oven a little and place the dishes with dough in it. Mass should increase in volume at least twice. This will take approximately one and a half to two hours.

We divide the prepared dough into approximately fourteen or sixteen balls and roll each of them to obtain oblong flat cakes, about seven millimeters thick. On one edge, which is narrower, we impose a filling, on the second we make cross-sections at a distance of about one and a half centimeters and roll the dough with rolls so that the filling is inside and the slots on the test are on top of the product. We place buns on an oiled baking pan at a distance from each other, let them be separated for twenty to thirty minutes, grease the top with a yolk, tear the sesame seeds and determine in a heated oven to 185 degrees for fifteen minutes or until browning.

Filling for such buns can be any sweet stuffing of your choice, whether it's jam, custard , berries, fruit, boiled condensed milk or poppy filling.
