As we have already noticed earlier, the preparation of the Chrysanthemum pie is not a quick thing. The reason for the length of the cooking process is precisely the formation of the petals of the flower from the dough. Each petal of "Chrysanthemum" is a slice of yeast, or any other, dough, with a selected filling inside, which folds like a pelmenka, though its perimeter is not torn.

Before we cook the Chrysanthemum pie, we will need to put the yeast dough up. For the test, it is necessary to combine kefir with milk, warm slightly, dilute the sugar in the mixture and add the yeast. Depending on the manufacturer, yeast can be activated from minute to 10-15 minutes. To the kefir mixture, add egg and butter, whisk and pour liquid ingredients into a bowl of flour. Mix the soft, but not too sticky dough, leave it warm and let it go up twice. Approached dough knead, roll out and cut into circles of equal diameter.

We pass the onions with garlic through the meat grinder, and add the resulting puree to the mince. To ensure that the meat does not turn dry after baking, pour soup into the broth or a little water. Do not forget about the seasonings. Spread a teaspoon of minced meat on a dough mug, distribute it evenly and cover with grated cheese. Fold the circle in half twice, for the second time firmly tugging the opposite edges. We put the finished petal at the edge of the mold, the bottom of which is covered with parchment. So, by placing the petals in circles, we fill them with the whole shape.

Prepare yeast dough from the previous recipe, leave it to go, while taking on the poppy filling. To make a filling from the poppy, pour the poppy seeds with boiling water and leave to swell. When the grains are broken up, we ground them with sugar and let cool. You can use already prepared poppy stuffing, which is easy to find in any large supermarket.

Divide the yeast dough into pieces of an unequal volume, first roll 2/3 of the dough and cover them with a portion of the filling with poppy seeds, and then, by analogy, we proceed with the remaining third. Both layers roll into a roll and cut the roll into 2/3 of the width. The segments of the roll are scattered on its different sides, and the ends of the roll are fastened together. Do the same with a smaller roll. Lay the smaller roll over the larger one, grease the Chrysanthemum pie with the poppy egg whipped and send it to the oven for half an hour at 180 ° C.
