Then we add sifted flour, pour in vodka, throw baking soda, salt and vanilla to taste. All carefully mix, rubbing with a fork so that there are no lumps. Slightly dilute the dough with water and spread it on the table. Roll out into a thin layer and cut into stripes about 10 cm long and 4 cm wide. In the center of each workpiece, make a small incision with a knife. We pass one end of the strip through the hole and put the resulting products into a deep frying pan with a red-hot sunflower oil. Fry the brushwood from two sides to the formation of a ruddy crust, and then generously sprinkled with powdered sugar.
