Ingredients:
- flaky yeast-free dough - 250 g;

Preparation
To make a strudel with apples, buy the ready-made puff pastry, defrost it and thinly roll it out on the table. Dried raisins are rinsed, poured hot water and leave for 15 minutes to make it steamed. We sort out the walnuts, remove the garbage from them and crush them into the middle crumb. My apples, dried with paper towels, cut the peel and shredded cubes. Transfer the fruit into a deep bowl, add the raisins, nuts, saharim to taste and throw cinnamon. We mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon and put the prepared stuffing aside. In a small bowl, break the egg yolk and beat it with a fork until a homogeneous consistency. Roll out the dough on a towel, pour it on all sides with flour and sprinkle the entire surface with crushed breadcrumbs. For one half lay out a uniform layer of filling and gently roll the dough into a roll with a towel, tighten the edges tightly and spread them suture down on the prepared baking sheet. From above, lubricate the strudel with egg yolk and send it to the preheated oven for about 40 minutes. After that we take out the pie, put it on a flat dish and sprinkle it with a fine sugar powder!

The puff pastry is thinly rolled out, sprinkled with breadcrumbs, distributes the filling, rolls the rolls and patches the edges. We spread it on oiled parchment and send it for 35 minutes to a hot oven.
