Fried milk - recipe

So, if you love milk and want to cook from it an unusual and tasty dessert, we will share a way how to cook "Fried Milk".

Ingredients:

Preparation

Pour 750 ml of milk into a bowl, add cinnamon and zest into it, put on fire and bring to a boil. After that, turn off the heat, cover and leave for 10 minutes. Dissolve the starch or flour in the remainder of the milk so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Whisk the two yolks in a separate bowl, and then combine with the starch mass. In hot milk, add sugar, put it on a small fire and stir until completely dissolved. Then add to the milk a mixture of starch and yolks, constantly whipping it with a whisk, and cook, until the mass thickens (whipping all the time).

In the end, you should get something like a thick cream. Pour this mass into a rectangular container, lubricated with oil, and leave to freeze for at least a couple of hours, and preferably at night. After this, turn the container on the table and cut the cream into square or rectangular pieces.

In separate bowls, pour in the flour and break the eggs, pour the oil into the kazanok (it should be a lot like when frying French fries). Dip a piece of cream first into flour, then into an egg, and then again into flour and fry in butter until golden brown. Roast the dessert in sugar. Serve "Fried milk" chilled with fruit or ice cream.
