We lubricate the bowl of the multivark oil and spread the dough, evenly distributing it and forming the sides. From above, cover all the berries and lightly sprinkle them with starch. Chilled proteins with sugar beat the mixer to stable peaks.

In another cup, mix sour cream, starch, cottage cheese and gently combine the mass with whipped whites. The finished cream is spread over the berries and bake the cake in the "Baking" mode for about 90 minutes. Separately, beat the egg mixer and spread it into the curd mass. We cut the pears into slices, lay them on the bottom of the pie and fill it with curd cream, sprinkling berries on top. Bake for 40 minutes in a hot oven. After that, we cool the pie, lay it on a dish and decorate it with sugar powder.
