Ingredients:
- kefir - 250 ml;
- egg - 1 piece;
- soda - 0,5 tsp.
- vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
- granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- wheat flour - 3 items;
- Vanillin - to taste.

How to cook donuts on kefir? In a saucepan pour kefir, add a little soda, extinguished vinegar, and thoroughly whisk everything. Add vanilla, sugar and egg. Leave the mass to stand for 15 minutes, and then pour gradually sifted wheat flour, mix thoroughly. The dough for donuts on yogurt should not turn out to be too thick, but homogeneous. Cover it on top with a towel and leave for about 30 minutes, and then, sprinkle lightly with flour, roll it into a thin layer and cut out small rings with a glass or a glass. We spread them on a preheated frying pan and quickly fry from both sides to a light golden brown crust. Then we shift the donuts to a paper napkin, dip it, cool it and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. We serve ready buns for hot tea, milk or coffee.
Donuts from cottage cheese and yogurt
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 100 g;
- kefir - 1 item;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- granulated sugar - 0,5 items;
- wheat flour - 2 items;
- soda - pinch;
- salt - to taste;
- powdered sugar - to taste;
- vegetable oil - for frying.
Preparation
Cottage cheese thoroughly rub, infuse kefir and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained. We add salt, vinegar, soda, gently added separately whipped with sugar and egg soda. Then gradually pour the sifted wheat flour. All carefully mix to get a slightly dense, homogeneous dough.
Pour the vegetable oil into the frying pan, heat it to a boil. Cook the dough spread on a teaspoon and fry from both sides until the formation of a ruddy and mouth-watering crust. Then shift the donuts on a paper towel, dip it to get rid of excess oil and transfer it to a beautiful dish or tray.
We decorate them with sugar powder or melted chocolate and serve it on the table, to any drink at your discretion and taste.
Donut yeast on yogurt
Ingredients:
- milk - 600 ml;
- granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- yeast - 10 g;
- salt - a pinch;
- egg yolks - 2 pieces;
- butter - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- wheat flour - 600 g;
- Vanillin - to taste.
