How to cook donuts on kefir? In a saucepan pour kefir, add a little soda, extinguished vinegar, and thoroughly whisk everything. Add vanilla, sugar and egg. Leave the mass to stand for 15 minutes, and then pour gradually sifted wheat flour, mix thoroughly. The dough for donuts on yogurt should not turn out to be too thick, but homogeneous. Cover it on top with a towel and leave for about 30 minutes, and then, sprinkle lightly with flour, roll it into a thin layer and cut out small rings with a glass or a glass. We spread them on a preheated frying pan and quickly fry from both sides to a light golden brown crust. Then we shift the donuts to a paper napkin, dip it, cool it and sprinkle it with powdered sugar. We serve ready buns for hot tea, milk or coffee.
