Its consistency should be similar to a pancake test. In an oily baking dish, pour half the cooked dough, lay out the previously washed, dried and peeled apricots and pour the remaining dough. Determine the dish in a preheated to 185 degrees oven for forty-five to fifty minutes. We check the readiness of the wooden louvre or toothpick. If it is extracted dry, then the pie is well puffed. Let it cool down, rub it with sugar powder, cut into small portions and serve it to the table.

Preparation

First, prepare the dough. To do this, rub the soft butter with sugar. Eggs beat up to splash with a pinch of salt, we put in the oil base and mix until smooth. Then, gradually pouring the sifted flour with the baking powder, we knead a soft, supple dough. We pluck off the fourth part from it, wrap it with food film and determine it in the freezer for thirty or forty minutes. The remaining dough is placed in an oiled split form, and distributed over the entire surface, forming the sides, and put in the refrigerator.

While the dough cools, prepare the filling for the jellied pie. To do this, combine cottage cheese with whipped before luxuriant eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and potato starch.

In the form on the cooled dough we shift the curd mixture, from above we spread out the previously washed, dried and peeled apricots and cherries and a little bit of potted. Now we take the dough from the freezer and let it through the grater, holding it over the pie. We try to distribute the chips evenly throughout the surface of the dish.

We put the form with a pie in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and we maintain it for forty-five to fifty minutes. After baking, let the dish stand for another ten minutes in the oven, and only then we take out and cool it.
