Separate egg whites from yolks for meringue preparation. We place proteins in the cold in a closed container. In the meantime, bake a biscuit. Mix sugar powder with cocoa powder and egg yolks. The rest of the powder is mixed with proteins and whipped until firm peaks. We combine in a bowl sifted flour, starch, yogurt and chocolate-yolk mixture, add the extinguished soda and rum. Knead the dough. Add the whipped proteins to the dough. You can lightly mix the dough with a mixer.

We fill the form with the test, but not to the full depth. Bake in an oven at medium temperature until a nice ruddy shade appears. We check the readiness by piercing the match in the middle, it should remain dry. We extract the biscuit, let it cool down while we cook the meringue.

Mix the lemon juice with sugar powder and squirrels. We'll blow the mixer to a steady foam. We spread the baking sheet with baking paper or put a silicone rug on it. We spread small portions of protein-sugar mixture, dosing in any convenient way (using a pastry bag or syringe, or a regular tablespoon).
